Very nice vintage 1950s-60s authentic Steiff Peggy Penguin with button tag under her wing. Swivel neck, hand-painted mohair body and felted beak. Measures approximately 13" tall, 9" wide and weighs 12oz. Excellent vintage condition, very clean! Mohair is in great condition, no matting or wear. Head swivels perfectly. No damage aside from some writing on the bottom of the feet - please see photos (done by my mother when she was a child!). Not visible when displayed. A delightful addition to any Steiff collection!
