This is a Department 56 "Old North Church" from the Heritage Village Collection – New England Village Series.
Hand-painted porcelain church inspired by historic New England architecture, featuring red brick construction, tall white steeple, arched windows, wreath detail, and snow-covered roof accents. Lights up beautifully when plugged in and displays very well as a centerpiece in a village layout.
